Harbour raises £60m for UK litigation fund

The credibility of third-party investment in European disputes has received a boost with the opening of a £60 million litigation fund.
Harbour Litigation Funding has raised the capital to fund European litigation and arbitration, primarily in the UK.
The funding company, which is regulated by the FSA and has already invested in 15 cases, says it aims to fund at least 25 more cases, each with a minimum claim value of £3 million.
It will operate via Harbour Litigation Investme
