A product liability and mass tort counsel has ended a 16-year Hogan Lovells stint to join Bird & Bird in the French capital, stepping up to partner in the process.
Bird & Bird has hired Charles-Henri Caron as a partner in its Paris life sciences and health care practice, effective today (15 September).
Caron has joined following a 16-year tenure at Hogan Lovells, where he was a counsel in the international life sciences team, bringing substantial experience in product liability and
