Seasoned litigator Justin Williams has exited his role as Akin’s head of international arbitration, with a former White & Case disputes head taking over the reins.
Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has appointed Mark Clarke as its new head of international arbitration, based in London. His arrival was announced yesterday (8 January).
