Jenner & Block has snapped up Peter Davis as a partner in its appellate and Supreme Court practice. The firm announced his arrival from Latham & Watkins in its Washington, DC, office on Monday (7 July).
Davis focuses on administrative law, antitrust, First Amendment, technology and regulatory issues. He handles appellate and district court litigation across the US and also guides clients through regulatory
