
Loopa Finance announces Chile environmental litigation role

The Latin America-founded third-party funder has disclosed its involvement in a class action for harm caused by power producer AES Andes.
Last Thursday (23 October), Loopa Finance confirmed its role in funding a major class action in Chile against a subsidiary of regional energy company AES Andes, for adverse impacts on the environment and public health allegedly caused by its business.
