The firm has poached a tax law specialist for its DC location.
White & Case has hired ex-McDermott Will & Emery tax practitioner Kevin Spencer as a partner in its global commercial litigation and global tax practices. He started at the firm’s Washington, DC, office on Wednesday (29 January).
Spencer has experience handling tax disputes before the IRS Examination and Appeals divisions, the IRS alternative dispute resolution procedures and in federal court, including the District C
