A Dallas-based lawyer has returned to the firm as a partner after a two-year absence.
Baker McKenzie has added returning intellectual property (IP) litigator Benjamin Kelly as a partner in its Dallas, Texas office. The firm announced his arrival from Forrest Weldon Law Group yesterday (21 July).
Kelly has almost 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer, and handles cases at every stage of litigation. His clientele includes public and private companies, which he guides through commercial di
