Texas IP litigator returns to Baker McKenzie

A Dallas-based lawyer has returned to the firm as a partner after a two-year absence. Baker McKenzie has added returning intellectual property (IP) litigator Benjamin Kelly as a partner in its Dallas, Texas office.
