Los Angeles-headquartered Latham & Watkins has recruited an Asian disputes duo as US firms continue to fight to attract Chinese clients.
Yi-Chin Ho joins Latham & Watkins as a partner from Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, taking her strong ties in China and Taiwan with her.
Indeed, many law firms are attempting to follow their existing clients in the West to new litigation and regulatory hotbeds in the East, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer among them.
