
SIAC and SVAMC unite to promote effective arbitration

The two institutions have joined forces to promote and improve access to international arbitration.
The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Centre (SVAMC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) this week to promote international arbitration as a preferred avenue of dispute resolution, and to improve the efficacy and accessibility of the procedure.
