An SEC trial lawyer has left a more than two-decade public service career for private practice, taking up a partnership in the renowned disputes boutique’s Los Angeles office.
Boies Schiller Flexner (BSF) has hired Douglas Miller as a partner in its Los Angeles securities litigation, and global investigations and white-collar defence practices, effective 4 December.
Miller’s arrival ends his 26-year public service career: he most recently served nine years at the Securities and Exchang
