The arbitral institution announced the launch of its mediation rules in advance of its new service at the annual Arbitration Festival in Edinburgh.
The Scottish Arbitration Centre (SAC) has published its new mediation rules in advance of its incoming administered mediation service. The launch was announced at the third Edinburgh International Arbitration Festival (ArbFest2025) on Thursday (4 September).
