The country’s leading arbitral institution has launched a new council comprising 15 top lawyers to drive forward its standing as an attractive seat for international dispute resolution.
The Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC) has launched the SCC Council for Swedish Arbitration to promote the country’s dispute resolution offering and bolster its appeal among international parties.
