The Hague-headquartered institution has met with the leadership in Bahrain to exchange expertise and explore avenues for alternative dispute resolution.
The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) has signed a host country agreement with the Kingdom of Bahrain. The deal was signed by PCA Secretary-General Dr Hab. Marcin Czepelak and Bahrain’s Minister of Justice Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda on Tuesday (17 June).
