English law has remained the dominant framework across international disputes, with global demand for UK legal services on the rise.
The London Commercial Court (LCC) has kept its crown as the top centre for international commercial litigation. The Global position of English law International Data Insights Report, published by the Law Society of England and Wales on 9 September, revealed the LCC delivered 196 written judgments between October 2023 and September 2024.
