The two sides have reached a settlement in a dispute stemming from the Central American country’s alleged unlawful extinguishing of 4G spectrum concessions.
The Republic of El Salvador has reached a settlement with Guatemalan telecommunications company Fibranet, Sociedad Anónima (Fibranet) and its Salvadoran subsidiary Cablefrecuencias after Fibranet filed an arbitration accusing the country’s courts of unlawfully quashing 4G spectrum concessions.
