
French boutique Boken rides again

A pair of litigators have spun their respective practices out of full-service Paris firm BCTG, reviving the name of their former firm in the process.
The Paris legal market has seen the return as an independent entity of boutique firm Boken Avocats after more than two years away.
Named after the Japanese term for ‘wooden sword’, Boken was established in 2007 with a focus on criminal, regulatory and business litigation. Its 11 professionals moved to full-service Paris firm BCTG in 2023
