Baker & McKenzie boosts German antitrust practice

[w]Baker & McKenzie has hired a new antitrust partner, Christian Horstkotte, to the firm’s Dusseldorf office.
Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, Horstkotte spent more than eight years with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He advises clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law, focusing on complex merger control proceedings – as well as representing companies before competition authorities and courts in cartel cases.
