DLA appoints litigator as EMEA head

Her other responsibilities will include liaising with DLA's executive board and external regulators.
Her experience includes representing the Zambian government in its prosecution of the country's former president, Frederick Chiluba, and 19 other defendants on fraud charges.
She has also recently acted for the Zambian government in relation to a debt claim by a vulture fund.[w]
In a statement about her promotion, Legrand said: "I am very much looking forward to my new role.
